Fire Investigators of Florida, A Chapter of the IAAI

The Fire Investigators of Florida are part of the International Association of Arson Investigators that have over 5000 plus fire investigation professionals from across the world, united by a strong commitment to suppress the crime of arson through professional fire investigation.

Florida Association of State Troopers (FAST)

FAST is a powerful influence within the state law enforcement community. With an exclusive statewide membership that encompasses active, auxiliary, reserve and retired members of the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), FAST has established a statewide network of communication and rapid deployment enabling us to monitor and respond to events that affect the FHP and the law enforcement community. FAST is a member service organization managed by a volunteer board of directors made up entirely of members of the FHP, elected by their peers. The Association truly is the only organization – OF – BY and FOR the men and women of the Florida Highway Patrol.

Florida Council on Crime and Deliquency (FCCD)

The FCCD is a non-profit corporation dedicated to the promotion of high professional standards for criminal justice agencies and criminal justice personnel. The keystone for FCCD is it’s educational programs which are designed to foster an interchange of information and training between the professionals in Law Enforcement, the Courts, Corrections, Probation and Parole, Juvenile Justice and Interested Citizens.

Florida Fire Chiefs’ Association

The Florida Fire Chiefs’ Association (FFCA) is Florida’s leading management education organization for fire & emergency services professionals; the professional association that specializes in promoting and supporting excellence in fire & emergency services management. FFCA programs help members maintain and develop their management and leadership skills.

Florida Fire Marshals and Inspectors Association (FFMIA)

The mission of the FFMIA is to serve the people of Florida by providing leadership for superior life safety strategies through inspection, investigation, public education, and code management.

Florida Police Benevolent Association (PBA)

With a membership of over 36,000 the Florida PBA provides Florida’s law enforcement and corrections officers with a strong and effective political voice before legislative and local government bodies and protects Florida’s officers from any and all sources that attack their salaries, pensions and working conditions.

Florida Police Chiefs’ Association (FPCA)

The Florida Police Chiefs Association is the fourth largest state police chiefs association in the United States. It is composed of more than 750 of the state’s top law enforcement executives. FPCA serves city police departments, college and university police, private business and security firms, as well as federal, state and county law enforcement agencies. The FPCA has members representing every region of the state.

Florida Sheriff’s Association (FSA)

Founded in 1893, the Florida Sheriffs Association has grown to be one of the largest and most successful state law-enforcement associations in the nation. A not-for-profit corporation, FSA is made up of the 67 Sheriffs of Florida as well as approximately 3,500 business leaders and 70,000 citizens throughout the state. For more than a century, FSA has quietly served the citizens of Florida by supporting the needs of the state’s law-enforcement community.

Florida State Lodge Fraternal Order of Police (FOP)

The Fraternal Order of Police has become the largest professional police organization in the country. The FOP continues to grow because they have been true to the tradition and continued to build on it. The Fraternal Order of Police is proud professionals working on behalf of law enforcement officers from all ranks and levels of government.

State Law Enforcement Chiefs’ Association (SLECA)

SLECA represents the interests of law enforcement managers and supervisors employed by the State of Florida. SLECA promotes a better understanding among state law enforcement organizations, to secure unity of action in all law enforcement matters relating to its members, and to serve the state purpose of enhancing law enforcement for the state of Florida.
