If Your Loss Involves a Flood

Please note that coverage for flood damage is not included in policies for property owners or renters. Instead, flood insurance is offered separately through the National Flood Insurance Program, as administered by the Federal Emergency Management Agency. If you have a separate flood policy, you will need to call the administrator handling your flood policy.

If you have a flood loss, you can find out more on FEMA's claims web page.
