Member Sales & Service Associates

Job Description

  • Take Incoming calls from potential members, provide quotation and sell applicable, appropriate and available personal lines property and casualty insurance products.
  • Take member calls in need of policy service as applicable.
  • Explain coverages, policy limits, deductibles and exclusions
  • May process endorsements such as additional vehicles, change coverages, etc. and reasons for company actions such as non-renewal and cancellation.
  • Provide feedback to manager for process improvements
  • Report system limitations and problems
  • Perform job tasks and functions at all times in accordance with company policies, procedures and guidelines

  • Job Requirements
  • High School Diploma or general education degree (GED); and two to three years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
  • CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Current Florida General Lines – Property & Casualty (2-20) or Florida Personal Lines only Agent (20-44) License.
